FEERUM's cooperation with Epicentr K LLC began almost a year ago. At the end of last 2018, we signed two contracts for the sale of grain silo complexes with a total value of nearly 50 million EUR.

In addition to specialized grain drying and storage technology, we have offered Epicentr K LLC an attractive form of investment financing along with insurance. Our joint contracts, implemented under the "supplier credit" scheme, with insurance of the Export Credit Insurance Corporation and the purchase of receivables by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, were indicated by experts as one of the largest of its kind in Europe.

The implementation of contracts is currently very advanced. We have just completed deliveries under the first, larger contract (35,6 million EUR). According to it, we designed, produced and delivered all necessary elements for objects, in particular for objects in Iwanówka, Winnica, and Wapniarka. The total capacity of these five objects oscillates around 800 thousand tons of grain. This number perfectly reflects the complexity of the investment process under which we produced and delivered technologically advanced drying and storage complexes.

We consider cooperation with Epicentr K LLC as prospective. The company is interested in further development and purchase of the best innovative technologies. FEERUM wants and, above all, can meet the requirements of Epicentr K LLC. We are distinguished by extensive experience in the construction of comprehensive cereal facilities, but above all the highest-class drying technology and grain storage.

In facilities for Epicentr K LLC we used, among others, dryers with a total drying capacity of over 200 MW. With the participation of the FEERUM Epicentr K LLC dryer, it can dry up to 40,000 tons of corn. High power and drying efficiency gives great opportunities in the amount of material received and significantly increases the competitiveness of facilities in the region. All silo roofs have a special polymer coating that reflects light rays and extends the life of the tanks. In addition, the proposed transport devices are fully adapted to work in industrial facilities - to ensure long-term continuous operation of these devices we have redesigned, among others, distributors and valves. Above all, however, we used highly durable, synthetic fillings for technological connections and devices. For the sake of the quality of stored grain and reduction of energy consumption, we have also provided conveyor belts wherever possible. When designing the facilities, we took into account all comments and wishes of Epicentr K LLC.

Soon, we are starting, according to the schedule, the process of sending goods under a second contract worth 14,3 EUR million to the Zakupne object.

We will support Epicentr K LLC in the process of launching all these facilities, we will provide among others employee training as well as warranty and post-warranty service. We are an excluded manufacturer of machinery and equipment supplied for Epicentr K LLC. Thanks to this, in the event of a natural wear and tear of consumables or a failure, we are able to provide immediate delivery of spare parts and provide the necessary support in removing the defect. Additional assembly support in Ukraine is provided by our partner - FEERUM Ukraine, which also has a composition of fast-wearing elements. Regular warranty service and post-warranty FEERUM will make our production facilities consistently serve Epicentr K LLC for several decades.
